  • Relevant up to date medical information to give the best bespoke podiatry treatment (Illness, disabilities, medication, allergies, previous surgeries, previous injuries)

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We collect information about you to understand your requirements and to try to provide you with the best bespoke Podiatry service we can. Specifically, we use your information for:

·       Improving our services and communication of our services.

·       Possibly contacting you with marketing material in response to your enquiry. You may opt-out at any stage from within an email received or by contacting us directly.

·       A member of our team may contact you to respond to your enquiry.

·       Jem’s Podiatry and Chiropody will not share your information with any third parties. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Your information may be stored in our secure and password protected system.

We keep your electronic personal records for the foreseeable future. For paper information we will dispose of your information by secure means of shredding.
